HVAC for all Guest Rooms and Common areas, including (27) LG VRF Heat Pumps, (90) Heat Recovery boxes, (337) Fan Coils, (4) Corridor Make Up Air Units, (4) Supply Fans, (36) Guest Room Exhaust Fans, (25) Common Area Exhaust Fans, (6) Ductless Split Systems, (2) Dryer Booster Fans, associated ductwork, refrigerant piping, thermostats, dampers, detectors, grilles, access doors & louvers. Guest Room HVAC to be controlled by INNCOM system
HVAC for Kitchen area, including (2) Make Up Air Units, (1) Type I Kitchen Exhaust Fans and grease duct, (1) Type II Kitchen Exhaust Fan, associated ductwork, refrigerant piping, dampers, detectors, access doors and grilles.
Garage CO Monitoring and Evacuation System, including CO Detectors, Alarms, Controller, low voltage wiring, (2) 60,000 CFM Garage Exhaust Fans & VFDs and (10) 6,400 CFM Garage Transfer Fans

HVAC for Residential Units, including (130) Vertical Terminal Air Conditioning (VTAC) units with Programmable Thermostats, exterior VTAC louvers and interior Supply Grilles, Custom Exterior Exhaust Shrouds, Dryer Boxes, ducting for Bathroom, Range Hood and Dryer Exhausts.
HVAC for Common Area, including (6) LG VRF Heat Pumps, (7) Heat Recovery Boxes, (30) Fan Coils & associated thermostats, (10) Exhaust Fans, (1) Combustion Air Supply Fan, (1) Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV), associated ductwork, refrigerant piping, dampers, detectors, access doors, and grilles.
HVAC for Kitchen area, including (1) Make Up Air Unit, (2) Type I Kitchen Exhaust Fans and double-wall insulated grease duct, (1) Type II Kitchen Exhaust Fan, associated ductwork, dampers, detectors, access doors and grilles.
