Driven by a lifelong fascination with building, which began in his early days crafting bridges out of popsicle sticks. Phong Pham always knew his future belonged in construction and engineering. To turn that passion into a career, he attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, choosing the institution specifically for its renowned, hands-on engineering program. Upon graduating, Phong launched his professional journey with a General Contractor that self-performed HVAC operations. That pivotal role sparked a true passion for the trade, and he has spent the last 17-plus years dedicating his expertise to the HVAC industry, blending technical excellence with a genuine love for the craft.
Vice President
This is more than a career for Sarah Lemons who has spent over 12 years in the HVAC and mechanical construction industry, learning the business from the ground up. She began her career directly in the fabrication shop to master the hands-on realities of project operations before advancing into bidding, estimating, and business development. Today, Sarah serves as Vice President of Christian Brothers Mechanical Services, proudly carrying forward the company her father built over 40 years ago. Having grown up alongside the business, she blends a deep personal pride in its legacy with a modern leadership style focused on team collaboration and unwavering dedication to their clients.
Driven by a lifelong dedication to craftsmanship and community, Don Lemons founded Christian Brothers Mechanical Services, Inc. in 1985, building the company from the ground up over the last four decades into a trusted team of more than 300 employees. While he has guided the business through generations of growth, Don remains deeply focused on giving back to the industry that shaped his career. Today, he channels that commitment into his work as a board member for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), where he actively invests his time and experience into mentoring the next generation through their apprentice program. He is incredibly proud of the company’s legacy and remains grateful every day for the dedicated team and loyal clients who have made this journey possible.
