Donald Lemons, President
Don Lemons, company president, founded Christian Brothers Mechanical Services in 1985 as a one-person firm. Over the past 30 plus years the company has grown to more than 200 employees.
Mr. Lemons began his HVAC career as a field technician. He first attended school at a local community college, and completed courses in HVAC Installations and Honeywell Controls, and so began his HVAC career. Mr. Lemons has been actively involved in designing and installing many large projects, as well as the startup and commissioning of jobs.
Mr. Lemons is a board member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and is actively involved in their apprentice program.
Steve Knisley, Vice President of Service
Mr. Knisley is responsible for retrofit and new construction, purchasing, dispatch, sales, service and installation departments. Steve has an AA degree and attended Stationary Engineering Technical School. He has worked in air conditioning and heating for more than 35 years. He was the Vice President of Process Cooling and Heating, which was acquired by Christian Brothers Mechanical Service.
In the past decade Mr. Kinsley has worked with the Service Department, ensuring proper procedures, paperwork, customer service concepts, dispatch and software, and communication techniques. He is also actively involved with generating new sales.
Jeff Richards, Controller
Mr. Richards is responsible for the financial operations of the Christian Brothers Mechanical Services, including accounting, finance and credit functions. Prior to assuming this position he spent the last 24 years working for a commercial contractor in Southern California, including the Controller position for 18 years. He holds a B.A. Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino.
