Job Title: HVAC Commercial Account Manager (Sales & Account Management)

Location: Orange County, LA, and Inland Empire

Work Location: One location

Salary: Base salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience) + competitive commission plan (paid monthly)

Job Description:

As an HVAC Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and account management of commercial and industrial HVAC accounts, with a focus on retrofit projects and project sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on new leads and referrals
  • Identifying new sales prospects and implementing a plan for new client acquisition
  • Maintaining a primary focus on owner-direct sales, including maintenance, replacements, retrofits, and tenant improvement projects
  • Conducting job walks and field surveys for maintenance and retrofit estimates
  • Preparing retrofit and maintenance estimates and proposals
  • Preparing and conducting sales presentations
  • Developing and maintaining sales marketing materials and current product knowledge
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
  • Assisting with identifying and resolving client concerns
  • Preparing a variety of reports, including commission reports, expense reports, and bid tracking
  • Coordinating and communicating with the Service Department and others to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining continued education in the HVACR, Controls, and related industries
  • Maintaining regular attendance and timeliness
  • Performing various other duties as assigned
