Provide & install all new Roof Top HVAC System, Heat Pump Split Systems, Condensing Units, Sound Traps, Exhaust Fans, Vibration Isolation, Wall Louver and Air Dampers to the 2013 Cal Green Code, with building control systems.

PHS Professional Hospital Supply – Temecula, Riverside County

Job Description: This Class A Office Building, New Construction, with 100,000 square feet of Office Space and 600,000 square feet of Warehouse Space Includes A Complete Mechanical System including Equipment & Ductwork in accordance with LEED Indoor Air Quality Guidelines, Piping, Insulation, with vibration isolation and noise control. Along with a complete Building Controls System, we provided start up and training.

Job Description: Commercial Warehouse Tenant Improvement Project, Installed Roof Top Units & Ductwork, complete exhaust system with exhaust and supply fans, duct and air distribution grilles, with Smoke detectors on the AC and Fans, and low voltage thermostats. Start up, training and testing provided.

Southern Central Los Angeles Regional Center Legacy – Los Angeles, Los Angeles County

KSJ/ VCC Joint Venture

Job Description: New construction of a two story medical office building (Approx. 40,500 sqft.) equipment & ductwork in accordance with LEED Indoor Air Quality Guidelines. Complete HVAC system including: equipment 3 package units, ductless split system, boiler with 2 hot water pumps, and BACnet energy management control system.  

Dr. Pepper Facility – Victorville, San Bernardino County

Job Description: FDA Approved Food Grade Coated Ductwork for Dr. Pepper Facility. Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. world-class production and distribution center in Victorville, California, the DPS plant will consist of an 850,000-square-foot LEED Silver Certified building on 57-acres, including 550,000 square feet of warehouse space, and a 300,000-square-foot manufacturing plant with up to six manufacturing lines.  Includes rooftop units and evaporative coolers as well as: Food Grade Duct Work and Complete Exhaust system, and a building Management Controls System.
