Christian Brothers Mechanical Services is an excellent partner for unit replacement projects. By working together from the initial stages of retrofit planning, we are able to deliver a maximum return on investment to our clients, a central element of our approach to maximize the customer investment.
Each project is managed to reduce kilowatt usage and to maximize local utility incentives. Projects include chiller plants, large package units and VAV systems, including air cooled to water cooled conversions, primary loop conversions, and control sequence of operation optimization.
