The Pegasus Middle School project involved the complete installation and integration of a comprehensive HVAC and mechanical system tailored for an educational facility. The scope of work focused on advanced infrastructure modernization, precise airflow distribution, and seamless mechanical system integration to support a safe, high-performance learning environment.
Special attention was given to deploying fifteen York rooftop units with seismic roof curbs, Luvata coil protection, gas heating, and modulating power exhaust, alongside rooftop exhaust fans and code-compliant combination fire smoke dampers. The facility’s climate control was completed with insulated sheet metal ductwork, standalone Wi-Fi thermostat controls, and certified AABC testing and balancing to ensure optimal energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and long-term operational reliability.
The new university wellness center project involved the installation of a high-performance HVAC system within a critical recreation and clinical environment. The scope of work focused on ensuring precise multi-zone climate control, superior air filtration, and reliable system integration to meet the strict requirements of a modern athletic facility.
Special attention was given to maintaining extensive daylighting coordination, ensuring user comfort, and supporting sensitive physical therapy and administrative operations. The system was designed for efficiency, durability, and long-term operational reliability in a demanding campus setting.
